SIMLOSIN®

INGREDIENT:

Each sustained-release coated tablet contains Tamsulosin HCl 0.4 mg

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Tamsulosin binds selectively and competitively to postsynaptic a1 adrenoreceptors, especially to the a1A and a1D subtypes. Its effects elicit relaxation of prostatic and urethral smooth muscle.

INDICATION:

Lower urinary tract symptoms accompanied by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)

DOSAGE:

One Tablet per Day, to be taken before meals.  Tablets should be taken in whole form without crushing or chewing as this may interfere with the slow-release process of the active substance.
