MAXSIMET^® 500 

INGREDIENT:
Each tablet contains: Sitagliptin 50 mg and Metformin HCl 500 mg

INDICATION:
For the management of blood glucose levels in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus, when blood glucose levels cannot be adequately controlled with monotherapy of Metformin or Sitagliptin alone.
Or for patients already receiving a combination of Sitagliptin and Metformin

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Adults : should generally be taken twice daily with food
