INDICATION:
Chronic kidney insufficiency in conjunction w/ hypercaloric hypoprotein diet ≤40 g daily in compensated or decompensated retention in patients w/ GFR 5-50 mL/min.

DOSAGE AND USAGE:
Adult 4-8 caplet 3 times daily.

Should be taken with food.
